Repair information on this site
The pages describe common appliance problems, likely causes and safety steps in general terms. Your appliance may be different. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for your model, and stop using any appliance that smells of gas, smells like burning, sparks or leaks near electrical parts. In a gas or fire emergency, leave the home and call 911 or PG&E from outside.
Who does the work
Hayward Appliance Care is not an appliance repair contractor. The repair is done by an independent appliance repair company, which is responsible for its work, its price and any warranty it offers. The disclaimer covers this in full.
Calls and messages
Calls may be recorded. By calling or sending the form, you agree that we and the company handling your repair may contact you by phone or text about that request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Availability and repair outcomes
A visit at a particular time, a part being in stock, or a repair being possible or worthwhile for a given appliance are never promised by this site. Information on the site may change without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Hayward Appliance Care is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from repair work done by an independent company.
