Contact Hayward Appliance Care About a Repair
A call sets up the visit fastest. If you're stuck at work, leave the details below and watch for our call back.
After you reach us
After the call or the form, what comes next?
On the phone, we ask which appliance it is, what it's doing, and where it is. Then we set up the visit at your address and agree on a time with you. If you use the form, the same questions come up when we call you back, so a few details now shorten that call.
At the visit, the tech tests the part your symptom points to before anything gets ordered or swapped. You get the price in writing, and you only pay for work you agreed to.
Worth grabbing before you dial
- The model number. On most fridges it's on a sticker inside the fresh-food side; on washers and dryers, inside the door or lid; on ranges, behind the drawer or the oven door.
- Any code on the display, written exactly as it shows.
- Whether it runs on gas or electric (ranges, cooktops and dryers).
- Gate codes, a unit number, or where to park if the building is tight.
Gas smell or burning smell?
Don't fill in a form. The first ten minutes guide has the safety steps, and a strong gas smell means leaving the house first.

Is the address inside our area?
Use the ZIP of the home where the appliance sits, not your work or mailing address. Landlords and adult children arranging a repair for a parent's house do this all the time.
Want the full list by town? It's on the service areas page.
Is the repair address covered?

Want it running again this week?
Call and in the first few minutes we'll have the appliance, the symptom and your address, and you'll know what the visit will look at.
